What is OHSAS 18001?
OHSAS 18001 is the standard against which organizations are assessed on their Occupational Health and Safety performance. As with other standards, it is based around the setting of objectives and targets and the monitoring of the business occupational health and safety performance against this standard.
The aim of OHSAS 18001 is to assist organizations establish and maintain a system of management to improve the health and safety of employees at the workplaces.
