The Course

Explanation on management review process including management review inputs and output and monitoring of actions post management review.

a) the status of actions from previous management reviews;

b) changes in external and internal issues that are relevant to the quality management system;

c) information on the performance and effectiveness of the quality management system,  including  trends in:

  •  customer satisfaction and feedback from relevant interested parties;
  • the extent to which quality objectives have been met;
  • process performance and conformity of products and services;
  • nonconformities and corrective actions;
  • monitoring and measurement results;
  • audit results;
  • the performance of external providers;

d) the adequacy of resources;

e) the effectiveness of actions taken to address risks and opportunities;

f) opportunities for improvement.

Learning Objectives

To train the participants the process of conducting management review including the required review inputs/ agenda for effective management review and the review output/ decision and actions made resulting from the review of each review input, and how to record effectively management review minutes, and monitoring of actions for effective implementation.

Workshop 1: Preparation of quality objectives achievement monitoring and measurement table for Management Review (40 minutes).

Workshop 2: Preparation of Analysis of data for Management Review (30 minutes).

Workshop 3 – Conduct mock management review meeting (90 minutes).
