Workshop 1: Determine internal and external issues for a selected OH&S area/ process (40 minutes).

Workshop 2:

  1. Root cause analysis for one OH&S area/ process for issues determined from workshop 1 (40 minutes).
  2. Prepare risk management reports for the OH&S area/ process from (a) (40 minutes).

Workshop 3: Establish OHS objectives, KPI and target at relevant functional area/ department (30 minutes).
