Workshop 1: Reporting chronological of the adverse event (25 minutes).
Workshop 2: Recording the immediate actions (25 minutes).
Workshop 3: Collecting investigating information (45 minutes).
Workshop 4: Determine the root causes (15 minutes).
Workshop 5: Determine correction plan and corrective action plans (45 minutes).
Workshop 6: Reporting the correction done and corrective action taken (25 minutes).
Workshop 7: Review the effectiveness of the corrective actions taken (20 minutes)
